Terms and Conditions – WASCASH Platform

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of WASCASH Future Payment Gurantee (“Platform”) provided by WASCASH, Inc. (“Company”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

  1. Platform Use

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2 Account Registration: In order to use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. Future Payment Guarantee

2.1 Platform Purpose: The Platform serves as a facilitator for future payment guarantees between parties (“Users”) engaged in commercial transactions. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome or performance regarding the completion of a transaction or the payment made.

2.2 Verification: The Company may employ verification procedures to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided by Users. However, the Company does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of such information and is not responsible for any inaccuracies or false representations made by Users.

2.3 Transaction Process: Users may initiate a future payment guarantee transaction through the Platform. The Company will facilitate the process by collecting relevant information and facilitating communication between the parties involved. The Company is not a party to the transaction and does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the transaction.

2.4 Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to any future payment guarantee transaction facilitated through the Platform. Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of their use of the Platform.

  1. Fees and Payment

3.1 Service Fees: The Company may charge fees for the use of the Platform’s services. Users will be notified of the applicable fees prior to initiating a transaction. By using the Platform, you agree to pay any applicable fees as outlined by the Company.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment for fees and charges associated with the Platform must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified by the Company. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.

  1. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights. Users may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without the express written permission of the Company.

  1. Termination

5.1 Termination by Users: Users may terminate their account and cease using the Platform at any time by following the account termination procedures provided by the Company.

5.2 Termination by Company: The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Miscellaneous

6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

6.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

6.3 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full.
